Password Error: Use the University Technology Services chat to ask: "Please add my MacID to the appropriate JIRA group so that I can login with my MacID and password". Their target response time in the chat is 2 minutes so they should be able to quickly resolve the issue.
Connect with an academic advisor
If you would like to contact an academic advisor with questions, or book an appointment, please use the "Connect with an advisor" button after glancing through the troubleshooting section. When you submit your request through the Social Sciences Student Services Portal our team will do their best to connect with you within 48 hours. Advisors may have both in-person and remote availability.
Remember, you must come prepared for all advising conversations. This includes writing your questions ahead of time, doing preliminary research on your program requirements, and review your Advisement Report from Mosaic.

ILOP information
Students interested in pursuing courses at a University outside of Canada for McMaster University transfer credit must complete the ILOP (International Letter of Permission Form) and submit using the following portal: Social Sciences Student Services Portal. Approval by the Faculty of Social Sciences is required prior to enrolling in courses externally. For questions or concerns, please contact socscfac@mcmaster.ca
